Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC policies and procedures aligned with international standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of metal fabrication processes and final assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for product defects and non-conformances, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Manage the Quality Management System (QMS), including ISO 9001 compliance audits and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
- Train and mentor quality assurance personnel and shop floor staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Monitor supplier quality standards to ensure incoming materials meet strict requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC management within metal fabrication or the semiconductor (Semicon) industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control tools such as GD&T, CMM, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing data.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site visits.
