As a QA/QC Site Supervisor, you will be the guardian of our construction excellence. Your primary mission is to ensure that every aspect of our site operations strictly adheres to approved drawings, technical specifications, safety regulations, and the highest standards required by our clients. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for superior workmanship and project delivery. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to monitor quality processes, conduct rigorous inspections, and implement corrective actions to prevent defects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site QA/QC activities, ensuring strict compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and installed systems to identify non-conformances and ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare, maintain, and review comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and method statements.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements.
- Witness and arrange third-party testing and commissioning activities for materials and systems.
- Conduct regular site audits and ensure all works comply with local regulations and client requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry, preferably in high-rise or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015) and project quality plans.
- Excellent eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
- Certification in QA/QC auditing or related disciplines is an added advantage.
