Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality control tests on pharmaceutical and biotechnology products to ensure compliance with established standards
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze test results, identify quality issues, and recommend corrective actions
- Document quality control activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare quality reports
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality concerns and improve product quality
- Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in QA/QC
- Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on quality procedures and standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and equipment operation
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO, GMP) is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
