- Manage and maintain quality documents, Color Range Books, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the production process
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product consistency
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Maintain accurate records of quality metrics and prepare regular reports
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
- Train and guide team members on quality assurance procedures and standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (ISO, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods
