Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily QA/QC operations across production lines and supplier networks
- Lead quality investigations for supplier and customer-reported issues
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and inspection criteria
- Coordinate corrective actions for non-conformities and track resolution progress
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO and customer standards
- Train and mentor QA team members on quality control methodologies
- Generate quality reports and KPIs for management review
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams for continuous quality improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in QA/QC roles with 2+ years in supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and industry quality standards
- Expertise in quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- Proven experience resolving supplier and customer quality disputes
- Leadership skills with ability to develop and manage high-performing teams
- Proficiency in quality management software and reporting systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
