Thaison Builder and Developer Inc. is seeking a meticulous and highly skilled QA/QC Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team in Negros Occidental. As a key player in our quality assurance operations, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of structural integrity, safety, and project excellence. This role is ideal for a construction professional who excels at systematic oversight, document control, and driving continuous improvement across active project sites.
In this position, you will oversee the implementation of rigorous quality control protocols, ensuring that every phase of construction aligns with the approved Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) and local building codes. You will act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, contractors, and site management to mitigate risks and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) for all ongoing site operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work complies with technical specifications, blueprints, and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to address non-conformity issues and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Manage comprehensive documentation, including inspection reports, material testing results, and quality audit logs.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials delivered to the site to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Perform routine quality audits and risk assessments to prevent potential project delays or structural defects.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and company-wide environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
- Expertise in creating and executing Project Quality Management Plans.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and safety regulations.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting complex architectural and structural blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
- High attention to detail and strong proficiency in technical report writing.
