Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of all incoming construction materials (steel, concrete, aggregates, etc.) to ensure compliance with project specifications and ASTM standards.
- Perform regular site audits and surveillance to monitor the quality of workmanship and adherence to approved method statements, drawings, and safety protocols.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation including Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Material Test Certificates, and As-Built drawings.
- Identify, document, and track non-conformances (NCRs), initiating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in coordination with the project team.
- Liaise with project engineers and third-party inspectors to schedule and coordinate inspections, ensuring smooth project progress without compromising quality.
- Calibrate and maintain all testing equipment, ensuring their operability and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Assist in the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project sites.
- Ensure strict compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards during all QA/QC activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a QA/QC Technician, Inspector, or similar role in the general construction or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials testing, and local building codes (National Building Code of the Philippines, DPWH standards).
- Proven experience with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is a definite advantage.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledgeable in AutoCAD or similar project software.
- Willing to be assigned full-time in Taytay, Rizal and to travel to various project sites as needed.
- Must be keen on details, highly systematic, and has a strong sense of integrity and accountability.
