Are you detail-oriented with a passion for precision manufacturing? TCE CASTING SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Technician to join our growing team in Sungai Petani. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that every component produced meets rigorous quality standards and complies with technical specifications.
Your primary responsibility will be to inspect a wide range of products, including raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP) parts, and finished goods (FG). You will utilize various inspection techniques and testing methods to identify defects early in the production cycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive visual and dimensional inspections on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products to ensure compliance.
- Operate and calibrate inspection tools and equipment, including micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Document inspection findings accurately and maintain detailed quality control logs and reports.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming parts to prevent defective products from reaching customers.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of the Quality Assurance department to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the casting or metal manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality standards (ISO, SIRIM, or internal specifications).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
