Are you passionate about precision engineering and manufacturing excellence? Halimjaya Sakti is seeking a dedicated QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer specializing in Sepatu Injection (Injection Molded Shoes) to join our growing team. We are committed to strengthening local brands by elevating the quality standards of our footwear industry.
In this role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity. You will work closely with production lines to ensure every shoe leaving our facility meets strict aesthetic, functional, and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, molds, and finished footwear products to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Monitor and analyze injection molding processes to identify potential defects, warpage, or material inconsistencies.
- Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts to track quality trends and process stability.
- Collaborate with production engineers to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to ISO standards and relevant local industry regulations.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and maintain accurate documentation.
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the footwear or plastic injection industry.
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, material properties, and footwear construction.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, engineering specifications, and GD&T standards.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and inspection techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
