Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including QA manuals, test case guides, and process workflows
- Collaborate with QA engineers to document testing methodologies, defect reporting procedures, and quality metrics
- Ensure all technical materials align with product updates and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits of existing documentation to identify gaps and implement improvements
- Create user-friendly guides that translate technical specifications into actionable instructions
- Establish and enforce documentation standards for consistency and accessibility
- Work with development teams to document API references and integration protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical writing with focus on QA documentation
- Proficiency in documentation tools like MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence
- Strong command of Indonesian and English languages with exceptional editing skills
- Understanding of QA methodologies including test automation frameworks
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise content
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative documentation platforms
