Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify bottlenecks and bugs.
- Collaborate with developers to debug issues and verify fixes in a timely manner.
- Design and implement automated testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document and track software defects using tools like Jira or similar bug-tracking systems.
- Advocate for quality-first engineering practices across the technical organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or TestNG.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API testing and database validation (SQL).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Prior experience in the fintech or banking industry is highly preferred.
