Join Solenergy Systems Inc. as a QAQC Electrical Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our construction projects. This critical position involves supervising, monitoring, and tracking contractors' daily construction activities to guarantee compliance with technical specifications, safety protocols, and industry regulations. You'll conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budget efficiency. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical issues, review contractor documentation, and ensure all work meets or exceeds quality benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities of contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems, components, and installations
- Review and approve contractor quality control plans, procedures, and documentation
- Track and document non-conformances, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve technical issues and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Verify adherence to safety regulations, electrical codes (PEC/IEC), and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QAQC for electrical construction projects
- Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Familiarity with Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and international standards (IEC)
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with contractors and stakeholders
- Valid PRC license as Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) required
