Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans for ongoing construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and rigorous testing of construction materials (e.g., concrete, soil, steel) to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Monitor on-site workmanship and construction methodologies to guarantee adherence to approved drawings and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and daily quality logs for project management review.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.
- Coordinate with third-party testing laboratories and local regulatory bodies for material certification and project approvals.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site efficiency and overall project quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years as a QA/QC Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, material testing procedures, and relevant building codes/standards.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and team coordination.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant QA/QC certifications are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to be based in Naga City, Camarines Sur, and travel to various project sites as required.
