Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and communicate fulfillment status of quality assurance activities across departments
- Identify, document, and escalate quality issues to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of products/processes
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and documentation
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related challenges
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other industry-specific standards
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or logistics
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in quality control tools and software
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Certification in Six Sigma or quality management is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
