Join KOM Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd as a QAQC Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of construction excellence. We seek a detail-oriented professional to oversee quality assurance and control processes across our infrastructure projects. This position offers the opportunity to implement rigorous testing protocols, conduct site inspections, and maintain compliance with international standards like ISO and local regulations. You'll collaborate with project teams to identify quality gaps, develop corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and material testing to verify compliance with project specifications
- Develop and implement quality control plans for all construction phases
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and non-conformance documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material quality meets industry standards
- Train site personnel on quality protocols and safety procedures
- Monitor subcontractor performance against quality benchmarks
- Manage documentation systems for quality records and certifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and methodologies
- Certification in ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and quality management software
- Valid OSHA or equivalent safety certification preferred
