Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections of construction materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Implement and maintain QA/QC documentation systems including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records
- Verify adherence to international standards (ISO), local regulations, and project-specific quality requirements
- Monitor construction processes to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Perform site audits and quality control testing for structural elements, finishes, and MEP systems
- Prepare comprehensive quality assurance reports for project stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies, testing procedures, and inspection techniques
- Familiarity with Malaysian building codes, JKR standards, and ISO 9001 requirements
- Certification in QA/QC (e.g., CQI-IRCA) or relevant engineering qualifications preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills for documenting findings and coordinating with teams
