Join Bosh Engineering as a QAQC Executive/Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence across our construction projects. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive quality assurance and control systems that guarantee project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory compliance are consistently met. This leadership position requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in quality processes. You'll collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, conduct rigorous inspections, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering high-quality infrastructure that meets both client expectations and industry best practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end QA/QC processes for construction projects including material inspection, testing, and compliance verification
- Develop and implement quality management plans aligned with project specifications and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality control checks to identify non-conformities
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality deviations
- Coordinate with third-party testing laboratories and certification bodies
- Maintain accurate quality documentation including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records
- Train project teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor vendor/subcontractor quality performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASTM, BS) and local building regulations
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred
- Proficiency in quality control software and inspection methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
