Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship complies with project specifications and building codes.
- Monitor and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) across all project phases.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC reports, inspection checklists, and project documentation.
- Liaise with subcontractors and site teams to rectify non-conformance issues promptly.
- Perform material testing and verification to ensure structural components meet industry standards.
- Oversee the implementation of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) guidelines on site.
- Participate in progress meetings to provide updates on quality benchmarks and potential risks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, building standards, and local regulations.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and architectural specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage site-level coordination.
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Relevant certifications in Quality Management or Safety (e.g., CIDB green card) are highly advantageous.
