Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the QAQC site team to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, drawings, and local building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential non-conformances and oversee effective corrective/preventive actions.
- Manage documentation, including inspection test plans (ITPs), material submittals, and site records, ensuring full traceability.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities (BCA, LTA, etc.) to ensure project compliance and timely project sign-offs.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure their quality standards align with the main contract requirements.
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, providing actionable insights to project management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in QAQC management within large-scale construction projects (A1 Contractor experience preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, ISO standards, and BCA quality assessment frameworks (e.g., CONQUAS, QM/PPVC).
- Proven track record in managing project documentation, audits, and authority submissions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Professional certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a significant advantage.
