Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct daily quality inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure adherence to ISO/HACCP standards.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and analyze quality reports, including trends, defect rates, and audit findings.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local food safety regulations and internal SOPs.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, preparing documentation and supporting the audit process.
  • Train production staff on quality standards and safety protocols to foster a culture of quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the food manufacturing or OEM industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other food safety management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and quality metrics.
  • Familiarity with quality control tools, testing equipment, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and report effectively.
