Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise all QA/QC activities across construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections, material testing, and quality audits
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions with detailed documentation
- Train and mentor QA/QC technicians on quality standards and testing methodologies
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters
- Prepare quality reports and ensure documentation meets ISO and project requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction or industrial projects
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001/14001) highly desirable
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and inspection techniques
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction standards and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to manage teams
- Proficient in MS Office and quality management software
