Join Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara as a QAQE Supervisor and lead our quality assurance and quality engineering initiatives to ensure excellence in manufacturing processes. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards across all production lines, with a special focus on painting plastic components. Your expertise in IATF standards will be crucial in maintaining our certification and ensuring compliance with international automotive industry requirements.
In this role, you will develop and implement control plans, conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to identify and mitigate potential quality issues. You will also coordinate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your experience with Corrective Actions (CR) and Quality Control Circles (QCC) will be instrumental in fostering a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the quality assurance and quality engineering team to ensure compliance with IATF standards
- Develop and implement control plans for painting plastic production processes
- Conduct regular FMEA and MSA to identify and mitigate potential quality risks
- Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions (CR) to address quality issues
- Facilitate Quality Control Circles (QCC) to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve product quality
- Ensure all quality documentation is maintained and updated according to standards
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing
- Certification in IATF 16949 or equivalent quality management standard
- Strong knowledge of FMEA, MSA, and control plan methodologies
- Experience with painting plastic processes and quality control in manufacturing
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing quality teams
