Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high production standards? Gandum Mas Kencana is seeking a skilled QC Analyst to join our manufacturing team in Banten. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous specifications before reaching the customer.
Your primary focus will be the monitoring and inspection of products throughout the production lifecycle. From the initial molding stages to the final packaging, you will implement quality control measures to identify defects, reduce waste, and optimize production efficiency. You will work closely with production staff to address quality issues in real-time and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Monitor production lines to ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Document and analyze quality data, including defect rates and trends, to recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with production managers and engineers to troubleshoot quality-related issues during the molding and packaging phases.
- Perform regular calibration and testing of manufacturing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure all quality control documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.
- Train junior staff on quality control techniques and proper handling of inspection tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, specifically molding and packaging operations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect even minor defects.
- Basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (ISO).
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and quality testing software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
