Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished products against quality specifications
- Maintain accurate quality control documentation and inspection records
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming products to production teams
- Operate and calibrate quality control equipment and measurement tools
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques
- Proficiency in documentation systems and quality control software
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities
