Are you an experienced Quality Control professional with a passion for construction excellence? Pure Genesis is seeking a detail-oriented QC Engineer/Supervisor to join our team in Pontian, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and enforce stringent QA/QC protocols throughout the precast manufacturing process.
- Conduct comprehensive post-concreting inspections to identify and rectify any structural or aesthetic defects.
- Coordinate closely with the Production team to monitor manufacturing accuracy and resolve quality bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure all precast elements undergo final inspection prior to delivery.
- Maintain precise documentation of all quality reports, test results, and compliance certificates.
- Identify process improvements to minimize wastage and enhance overall product quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to the production workforce on quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the precast concrete industry is strictly required.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, structural plans, and industry-standard building codes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate between diverse operational teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production schedules without compromising quality.
- Experience with ISO standards or relevant construction safety certifications is highly advantageous.
