Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous validation of survey data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all projects.
- Monitor and review data collection processes to identify discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Collaborate closely with field teams and supervisors to address data quality issues in real-time.
- Generate detailed quality control reports and provide constructive feedback for process improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to Ipsos' data integrity protocols and ethical research standards.
- Analyze data quality trends to recommend strategic enhancements for future projects.
- Manage a high volume of data entries while maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for inaccuracies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data validation, quality assurance, or market research is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data management software.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is an advantage.
