Join Indofood's dynamic quality assurance team as a QC Field Inspector in Cirebon. In this critical role, you'll safeguard our manufacturing excellence by conducting rigorous on-site quality inspections across production lines. You'll be responsible for monitoring compliance with company standards, documenting findings, and reporting directly to the QC Process Supervisor. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic quality inspections at production sites to verify compliance with company standards
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and submit to QC Process Supervisor
- Monitor and document implementation of company's quality management systems in assigned areas
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and manufacturing best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP, or other quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced production environments
- Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting systems
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
