Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Tangerang, is seeking a highly skilled QC & Improvement Manager/Asst. Manager to drive quality excellence and continuous improvement across its operations. This critical leadership role is responsible for overseeing the Quality Control department, championing SAP-based production processes, and implementing Lean methodologies to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and top-tier products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) department, overseeing all inspection, testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure strict adherence to product specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Drive the development and execution of Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies to reduce waste and optimize processes.
- Act as the subject matter expert for SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, ensuring data integrity and optimized system usage.
- Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, safety, and productivity, initiating corrective actions where necessary.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality deviations and non-conformances, implementing robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage and mentor a team of quality engineers and supervisors, promoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and professional growth.
- Coordinate internal and external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, etc.) and ensure full compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the Production and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and drive supplier quality improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Process Improvement in a manufacturing environment (experience in automotive, electronics, or FMCG is a plus).
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP (specifically PP and QM modules) is mandatory.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and development.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Minitab, SPSS) and data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is required.
