Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials and finished products against quality standards
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection reports
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless inbound quality control processes
- Analyze quality data trends and recommend process improvements
- Train warehouse staff on quality control procedures and standards
- Monitor supplier compliance with quality agreements and specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or inbound logistics
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Proficiency in inspection techniques and quality testing methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and quality management software
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
