Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of construction materials, processes, and finished works to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures aligned with ISO standards and project requirements
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation of findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures
- Monitor site activities to verify adherence to safety regulations and environmental standards
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality control methodologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection within construction or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Knowledge of relevant Philippine National Standards (PNS) and international quality frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for reporting findings to stakeholders
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
