Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 garment inspectors to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and audits on garment products against established standards
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and present findings to the Supervisor with actionable recommendations
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and improve product consistency
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train inspectors on quality standards, inspection techniques, and equipment usage
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in garment manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5-10 professionals
- Strong knowledge of AQL standards, garment construction, and quality inspection methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for reporting to supervisors and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using inspection tools and quality management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
