We are seeking an experienced QC Leader to spearhead our quality control operations in Cikarang Pusat. In this critical role, you will oversee all QC processes, ensuring manufacturing excellence and compliance with international standards. You'll lead a dynamic team of quality professionals while implementing robust inspection protocols, root cause analysis methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to drive operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor QC team members to ensure consistent quality standards
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and inspection protocols
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and R&D departments for quality improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards
- Generate quality reports and recommend process enhancements
- Train staff on quality standards and inspection techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality control
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience in QC departments
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- Experience with statistical analysis and quality metrics
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
