Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure MEP works comply with design specifications and project standards.
- Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to verify accuracy before installation.
- Perform material testing and quality checks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions taken.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory compliance are met during the construction phase.
- Communicate technical requirements and project status clearly to the project team, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (MEP specialization preferred).
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and reading) is mandatory for this position.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international engineering standards.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid engineering certification or professional license is an advantage.
