Join Pesta Pora Abadi as a QC Noodle Supervisor and lead our commitment to excellence in food manufacturing! This critical role oversees quality control processes in our noodle production facility, ensuring every product meets stringent safety and quality standards. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement HACCP protocols, and optimize production workflows while maintaining rigorous quality benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily quality control operations in noodle production lines
- Implement and maintain HACCP systems and food safety protocols
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency
- Conduct product inspections and quality audits at all production stages
- Train production staff on quality standards and operational procedures
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment meets quality standards
- Document quality control activities and maintain compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing quality control
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards
- Experience in noodle or pasta production highly desirable
- Proficient in quality control tools and statistical analysis methods
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
