Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols in all plant operations
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and audits
- Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with management to improve safety systems
- Perform risk assessments and hazard analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality control or safety compliance
- OSH certification or equivalent safety qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and training abilities
- Proficiency in safety management software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
