As a key member of our quality assurance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all materials, processes, and final products meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
In this position, you'll conduct thorough inspections, implement quality control procedures, and document all findings to maintain compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will directly contribute to the success and reputation of our construction projects in Pampanga and surrounding areas.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality inspections of construction materials, processes, and finished products
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Identify and report quality issues or non-conformances
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related problems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Participate in supplier evaluations and material testing
- Prepare quality reports for management and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in quality assurance for construction projects
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards
- Familiarity with construction materials and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools
- Certification in quality management is a plus
