Join Harrisma's Quality Assurance Division as a dedicated QC/QA/RMA Specialist for CCTV and Access Control products. This critical role ensures every product meets rigorous quality standards before reaching customers. You'll conduct comprehensive testing protocols, manage warranty claims, and resolve technical issues to guarantee seamless installations and zero customer complaints. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes of defects, implement preventive measures, and maintain detailed quality documentation. Your expertise will directly impact product reliability and customer satisfaction in our expanding security solutions portfolio.
As a key player in our quality ecosystem, you'll handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes efficiently, coordinate with suppliers for defective components, and continuously improve testing methodologies. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, technical aptitude with security hardware, and proactive problem-solving skills. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive quality control tests on CCTV cameras, access control systems, and related components
- Manage end-to-end RMA processes including claim verification, component replacement, and supplier coordination
- Document quality issues, test results, and warranty claims in standardized reporting systems
- Troubleshoot hardware failures and compatibility issues to prevent post-installation problems
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct installation readiness checks and provide technical support to field teams
- Monitor product performance metrics and recommend quality enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in QC/QA or technical support roles with electronic security products
- Proficiency in testing methodologies for CCTV systems and access control hardware
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware troubleshooting and component-level analysis
- Familiarity with warranty claim processes and RMA documentation standards
- Technical certification in electronics or security systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and suppliers
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple RMA cases simultaneously
