Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine quality inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure strict adherence to defined specifications.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all local regulatory standards (BPOM, SNI) and international quality systems (ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP).
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate quality documentation, including certificates of analysis, deviation reports, and complete audit trails.
- Lead and actively participate in internal and external quality audits, implementing robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required.
- Collaborate closely with the Production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Manage the calibration, verification, and maintenance schedule for all testing and measurement equipment across the facility.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, updating company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and practices to maintain full compliance.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for operational staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven working experience in a Quality Control and Regulatory compliance role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong practical knowledge and application of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, and local regulations (BPOM, SNI).
- Proven track record in handling technical documentation, CAPA processes, and submissions for regulatory bodies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP systems is a significant plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a casual/flexible working environment.
