Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in quality control within manufacturing
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) methods
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQA) preferred
- Proficient in quality testing equipment and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
