Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of excellence in manufacturing? Hertz Flavors Makmur Indonesia is seeking a dedicated QC Staff to join our quality assurance team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet rigorous international standards, specifically the implementation of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols.
We are looking for a proactive professional who can drive quality initiatives, conduct thorough inspections, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our production facility in Mojokerto.
Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) across all operational departments to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Conduct regular HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) audits and inspections to identify potential food safety risks and prevent contamination.
- Monitor and verify the quality of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including non-conformance reports (NCR), corrective actions, and calibration logs.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and safety regulations to maintain a culture of quality awareness.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP principles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
