Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO standards
- Lead QCQA teams in conducting product inspections, audits, and compliance testing
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Manage supplier quality assurance programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in QCQA within manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience managing quality teams
- ISO 9001 certification or equivalent quality system knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Experience with quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
