Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance inspections
- Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for all construction personnel
- Manage environmental compliance including waste management and pollution control
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to local/international regulations
- Lead emergency response planning and crisis management protocols
- Mentor and develop QHSE team members to build organizational capability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of QHSE management experience in construction industry
- Certification in NEBOSH, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent QHSE qualification
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful safety management systems
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian OSH regulations (UU No. 1/1970) and international standards
- Advanced skills in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English proficiency
