Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain QHSE Management System across all company operations
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Develop and deliver comprehensive QHSE training programs for employees
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses with corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with national and international safety/environmental regulations
- Monitor and report QHSE performance metrics and KPIs
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and external auditors
- Promote safety culture through awareness campaigns and initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in QHSE role within manufacturing/logistics
- Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001 preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and environmental standards
- Experience developing and implementing QHSE management systems
- Excellent incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent qualification desirable
- Proficient in QHSE reporting and documentation systems
