As a QHSE Officer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential risks, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all company activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation, implementation, and continuous monitoring of the company's QHSE systems and programs to ensure alignment with international standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, unsafe working conditions, and compliance gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety training programs, ensuring all employees are knowledgeable about safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate QHSE documentation, including incident reports, audit findings, corrective action plans, and safety data sheets.
- Coordinate with management to develop and update emergency response plans and safety procedures.
- Investigate safety incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend effective preventive measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health (K3) regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in a QHSE Officer or Safety Officer role within the manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sector.
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health (K3) regulations and national standards (SNI).
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and safety reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train, advise, and engage with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in using QHSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
