Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies and procedures aligned with international standards
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across construction sites
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate employee safety training programs and emergency response drills
- Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and sustainability practices
- Manage QHSE documentation and reporting systems
- Mentor staff on safety protocols and foster proactive safety culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years QHSE supervisory experience in construction
- Professional certification in QHSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO lead auditor)
- Strong knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Experience with regulatory compliance in the Philippines
