Talent Trader Group is currently seeking a highly skilled QS Manager to join our team in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of financial and contractual success for our commercial projects, ensuring that every venture remains profitable, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who excels in cost control, procurement, and stakeholder management. As our QS Manager, you will lead the estimation and tendering process, manage subcontracting packages, and provide expert contractual guidance to the project team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full cycle of quantity surveying activities, from initial tendering and cost estimation to final account settlement.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and cash flow forecasting to ensure financial viability across multiple fit-out projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate sub-contractor agreements, service level agreements, and supply contracts.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify variations, and assess completed work for progress claims.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and internal stakeholders regarding contractual and financial inquiries.
- Analyze and mitigate commercial risks by implementing robust internal controls and audit procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly cost reports and financial summaries for executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in Quantity Surveying, specifically within the Interior Fit-out or Commercial Construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in contract forms (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC, REDAS) and local construction regulations.
- Proven ability to manage high-value projects with tight timelines and budget constraints.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM/Revit familiarity is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and risk management.
