Jaga Citra Inti is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QS MEP (Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this contract role, you will be responsible for performing professional work according to the main desk or primary job functions assigned by management. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct site measurements and surveys to verify quantities of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for MEP projects.
- Review tender documents and evaluate contractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Perform contract administration duties, including payment certifications and variations.
- Monitor project progress against the budget and report financial discrepancies.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors to resolve technical and financial issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction standards (SNI) and local regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
