Join PT Musi Lestari Indo Makmur as our QS MEP Specialist and play a pivotal role in our construction projects. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to develop accurate cost estimates (Owner Estimate) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. In this position, you'll collaborate with engineering teams to analyze blueprints, quantify materials, and prepare comprehensive cost projections that ensure project profitability and compliance with budget constraints. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects efficiently across South Sumatra.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed Owner Estimates for MEP projects including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications to quantify materials and labor requirements
- Develop cost models and budgets for MEP components in construction projects
- Collaborate with design engineers to optimize MEP systems within budget parameters
- Prepare tender documents and bid evaluations for MEP subcontractors
- Monitor project costs against estimates and provide variance analysis
- Update cost databases and maintain historical pricing information
- Coordinate with procurement teams to align MEP cost estimates with market realities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP cost estimation for construction projects
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies
- Certification in quantity surveying or cost management (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Experience with Indonesian construction standards and material pricing
- Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities
