Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for maritime construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and timeline constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Review and analyze construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Implement cost control measures and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or project engineering
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Singapore construction industry standards and regulations
- Certification in quantity surveying or project management is an advantage
- Experience in maritime construction projects is preferred
