In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients' research objectives and the consumer insights needed to drive innovation.
As a Qualitative Research Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in project success by identifying, screening, and securing high-quality participants for focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnographic studies. You will leverage your communication skills to build rapport with potential participants and ensure that project quotas are met with precision and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify target participants for diverse research projects.
- Conduct professional screening interviews to ensure potential candidates meet specific project criteria and demographics.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, including initial outreach, scheduling, and confirmation of participants.
- Maintain and update internal participant databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal project managers to ensure participant availability aligns with research timelines.
- Troubleshoot recruitment challenges and pivot strategies quickly to meet tight project deadlines.
- Provide regular reporting and status updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, market research, or customer service/outbound coordination roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of empathy, patience, and professional etiquette when engaging with participants.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- A degree in Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
